A brilliant man, a number of high-profile murders, seized the city of Philadelphia – all orchestrated within his prison cell. The prosecutor assigned to his case to conclude that it is the only one who can end the reign of terror.

The story is about a man who ten years after his wife and daughter are brutally murdered, there is the court of the assistant prosecutor who prosecuted the case against her to get the murderers. His revenge threatens not just the man to replace the love of justice, but also the system and the city that made it so.
